Aldwych Theatre location

The Aldwych theatre is right in the middle of London’s theatreland, easily accessible via Covent Garden and Holborn underground stations, both of which are a short distance away from the Strand by foot.

By tube

  • The nearest tube stations are Covent Garden (for the Piccadilly line) and Holborn (for the Central and Piccadilly lines)
  • From Covent Garden: Head out of the station and right up Long Acre. Turn right down Drury Lane, then right again onto Aldwych when you reach the end of the road. The Aldwych theatre is on your right

The London Congestion Charge Zone includes the Aldwych and applies from 7am until 6pm weekdays (except bank holidays) and it costs £10 per day to drive in the zone within those hours.
